Crwban Care & Support Ltd is a Supported Living Provider founded and led by sisters Jazmin Dicker, a Registered Mental Health Nurse, and Sian Perez, a Registered Care Manager. Together, they share over 25 years of experience in the care sector, and a shared passion for creating a home where individuals can thrive.

The Birth of Crwban
The idea for Crwban was born long before the company was. Over many family meals, Sian and Jaz talked about their vision for a service that would blend professional expertise with a warm, family feel.
In 2022, they turned that vision into reality by leaving their full-time healthcare roles to create a supported living environment built on trust, respect, and care.

“Crwban” - the Welsh word for turtle - is at the heart of our values. The turtle symbolises perseverance and tranquillity, and at Crwban Care and Support Ltd, we support our residents to overcome barriers and reach for the stars whilst providing a calm and homely environment.
